In these stressful times, I wanted to reach out to ensure you that at Insurance Marketing Corporation, we are taking the necessary steps to the prevent the transmission of the COVID-19 virus.  It is important to us that, while taking these steps, we are also ensuring that all clients continue to receive the service that they’ve come to expect from our organization.

We are committed to the safety and health of our clients and our employees as the coronavirus, or COVID-19, has become a more widespread threat to our community. We have added additional precautionary measures as recommended by the Michigan Department of Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as we continue to serve our customers.

We have also taken the following steps:

• In consideration of the health and safety of our employees and their families, we have closed our office to guests and visitors, effective immediately.
• Effective Wednesday, March 18, 2020 our office hours will also be adjusted.  Our hours of operation will be 10am to 3pm Monday through Thursday and 8am to Noon on Friday.
• Agents and employees can begin working remotely effective Wednesday, March 17, 2020.

The health and safety of our customers, employees, and families is our highest priority.  We will be carefully monitoring this threat and making any adjustments deemed necessary.  Our hope is that we will all be able to return to “business as usual” as soon as possible.
